Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything about buying numbers, receiving codes, and getting refunds.

How long does a number last?

About 20 minutes — long enough for any verification flow. If the code hasn't arrived by the time the number expires, you're refunded automatically, no ticket needed.

How do I pay?

Top up a wallet once — by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto — then each number is a small one-off charge from your balance. Refunds land back in the wallet instantly.

What happens if no code arrives?

You pay only for codes you actually receive. If the SMS never arrives before the number expires, the full price returns to your wallet on its own.

Can I get a second code on the same number?

Often, yes. On the activation page you can ask the service to send another code while the number is still active.

Can I cancel a number?

Yes. If a service rejects the number, you can cancel two minutes after purchase and the full amount comes straight back to your wallet.

How many services and countries are supported?

Over 800 services — Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and hundreds more — across 190+ countries. Availability and prices are shown live before you buy.

Is my personal number involved?

No. You rent a separate one-time number, so your real phone number never enters the service you're verifying with.

What can I use the numbers for?

Legitimate account verification where you'd rather not hand out your personal number. Using them to abuse third-party services, evade bans, or break the law is not allowed.
