Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SMS Verify collects, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible to run the Service.
Information we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Usage data: the numbers you purchase, their status, and wallet transactions — needed to provide the Service, show your history, and process refunds.
Payment data: handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe and Cryptomus). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Verification messages
To deliver a code to you, the Service receives the SMS sent to a temporary number. We retain the message only as long as needed to show it to you and support your activity history. These numbers are temporary and shared infrastructure — do not use them for anything you consider private or permanent.
How we use information
To operate your account and wallet, deliver codes, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, database, payment processors, and the upstream number provider — only as needed to deliver the Service, and with authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes. You may request deletion of your account, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can update your email, reset your password, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
